Program Leadership

Phil specialises in working with people to produce results that deliver on their corporate intent. He has worked in project and program management for over 20 years, building teams to deliver outcomes ranging from energy regulatory compliance to satellite launches. He has worked in government, GOC’s, the private sector and as a consultant across industries such as utilities, IT, aerospace and defence.

With formal qualifications in project and program management, Phil has both knowledge and experience applying traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies, tailoring them to the need and the people he works with to best effect.

Phil is typically engaged by private and public sector clients to start up new programs, establish project management offices, deliver existing projects and review or recover troubled projects. He is sought after for his ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation, understand both sides of a relationship and achieve the intended results.
